• The Crow: Intervention

Crows are intelligent creatures that appear in your life when a message is being conveyed of caution and apprehension. They symbolise the need for awareness for what cannot yet be seen and trust in taking the appropriate steps moving forward. They are a guide of transitional periods and bring about protection with support even when they are not recognised. The black and mahogany obsidian crystal brings energetic imprint of stabilising internal strength, bringing a shield of resilience, protection of discernment, eases emotional trauma, clears away hidden blockages, invites truth and grounding energy, confronts subconcious fear and let gos of inner limitations.

• The Goddess: Lineage

The Goddess represents the need to share wisdom, invite ancestral memory into community but also remembering to anchor herself and not drift into what was, but be present of what is, whilst bring positivity to what will be. The hair coils represent her energetic imprint to the the collective void and the memories of those who passed before. A reminder to respect the path we were brought into and embrace the alchemist in ourselves to shape it to where we need to be. The pearl beads represent the beauty of becoming and the quiet strength found in embracing every version of ourselves. Pearls are formed through time, pressure and transformation; softness and resilience can coexist.

• The Womb: Source

The womb represents the void in which creation exists to be made or destroyed, acting as it’s own vessel to be respected and honoured. Understanding the sacral energy in our body, flowing with intention, desire and security. The carnelian stones placed at the ovaries express the need to be vocal about your passions and to not be afraid to push for it, building the courage to take positive risks towards what you envision. It boosts physical energy, the centre core or where our motivation, vitaloty and confidence lay, the drive required for inspiration and mental clarity. The womb holds memory, takes in the pleasures as well as the traumas, this piece acknowledges the need to find a balance and grounding to allow the appropriate energy to pass within this vessel.

Create a wire artwork inspired by personal reflection, creativity and connection.

~ We'll begin by introducing ourselves and sharing what has brought us into this circle. Through guided breathwork, meditation and sound, we'll take time to ground ourselves in nature and reconnect with our creative centre a space of creation, intuition, wisdom and flow. Together, we'll explore what wishes to come forward before entering the making process.

~ To accompany this journey, you'll be invited to engage with seasonal botanicals, such as hibiscus and rose, awakening the senses and encouraging a deeper connection to the present moment.

~ Following the meditation, you'll choose one or two oracle cards and write down the single word that surfaced for you. This word will become your guide throughout the session.

~ You'll then select your mini canvas, preferred wire and a crystal that resonates with you. After a demonstration of simple wire techniques, you'll be invited to intuitively shape your artwork, allowing your reflections to unfold through your hands.

~ We'll close by sharing our wire canvases, reflecting on our experience together and ending the circle with a short meditation, leaving with both our artwork and the intentions we've cultivated.

Mas Mémoire draws from memories of Guadeloupe, family archives, and cultural heritage, translated through handcrafted embroidered motifs.

Rooted in the Caribbean tradition of playing mas, where costume becomes a vessel for expression and storytelling, each motif acts as a piece of costume in its own right.
