Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
We ship worldwide, including the UK, Europe, United States, the Caribbean, and other international regions. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Custom Orders
All custom garments are non-refundable and non-returnable, as each piece is made-to-measure and tailored to your specific requirements.
Ready-to-wear Customised (Shop Garments)
Garments that have been customised at checkout (e.g. size alterations, special instructions) are treated as custom orders and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
During the Design Process:
Any necessary adjustments made before the final delivery are included in the service.
After Delivery (UK & International Clients):
If you are unable to attend an in-person fitting and require adjustments after receiving your garment, you may return it to us for modification.
We will cover the cost of return shipping to us once as a courtesy. However, the shipping cost to send the adjusted garment back to you will be your responsibility.
From then onward, any further adjustments will incur:
Alteration fees, as discussed with the designer
All shipping costs (both return and resending)
This policy applies to all clients regardless of location.
Ready-to-Wear (Shop Garments)
For non-customised garments purchased directly from our shop:
Returns & Refunds: Accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are no longer available, though store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Returned items must be in original, resaleable condition:
Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
With original tags attached
Shipping & Production Disclaimer
All garments from Jade Chrysanthe Atelier are made to order. This means each piece is individually crafted upon request and not mass produced.
As such, delivery times begin only after the garment has been constructed and approved, not at the time of purchase.
Estimated Construction Times:
Made-to-order garments: typically constructed within 2–3 weeks
Custom, individually tailored orders: may take 3–6 weeks, depending on the design complexity and client collaboration
For custom orders, production timelines are personalised and discussed during the consultation process. Shipping will only be processed once the garment is completed and approved by the client.
Ready-to-Wear (In-Stock) Garments
Occasionally, we may have a limited selection of pre-made, ready-to-wear garments available in stock. When available, these will be listed in a dedicated Pre-made RTW section on the website.
In-stock items will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping rates and return policies apply to these items.
Please note that all timelines are approximate and subject to change based on availability, seasonal demand, or external factors. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process.
Take Back Initiative
As part of our sustainability ethos, we offer a Take Back Initiative:
You may return any garment purchased from Jade Chrysanthe Atelier that you no longer wish to keep.

Our Take Back Initiative is designed to extend the life of your garments and reduce waste by repurposing and reusing pieces with care.
To ensure this service is used as intended, it is only available for items purchased at least 60 days prior.
We do not accept take back submissions on purchases made within the last 2 months.
Customers wishing to participate will be asked to provide their:
Order number
Purchase date
A clear photo of the garment’s condition
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a return label (covered by us) and issue store credit after the garment is received.
♻️ Upcycling & Reworking Your JCA Garments
As part of our Take Back Initiative, we’re proud to offer clients the opportunity to upcycle or redesign previously purchased Jade Chrysanthe Atelier garments into something fresh and meaningful.
If you own a JCA piece that you no longer wear, but would love to see it transformed into a new wardrobe staple — whether it's restructured, repurposed, or restyled — we can help bring that vision to life.
How It Works:
Return shipping to us is free — we’ll provide a prepaid label once your request is approved.
After receiving the garment, we’ll work with you to discuss your new design preferences, sizing, and style direction.
Once the rework is complete, we’ll ship the updated piece back to you.
➤ Please note: shipping costs for the return to you are your responsibility.
This service allows you to give new life to your garment, reduce waste, and create something that continues to reflect your personal story.
Important Terms:
This service is only available for garments originally made by Jade Chrysanthe Atelier.
The original garment is considered to have been made to your selected size or custom measurements.
➤ Alterations requested after the rework will be treated as a separate service, and will incur:A service fee, depending on the nature of the adjustment
Shipping fees (both ways), at the client’s expense
Reworked items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

✨ Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that intuition sometimes shifts. That’s why we offer a 24-hour window after placing your order for any changes or cancellations:
All products—including oils, teas, candles, herb blends, and other spiritual items—can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this grace period, all orders are considered final and will proceed to fulfillment.
💍 Herbal & Spirit-Led Products (Final Sale)
Due to the personal, energetic, and perishable nature of these handcrafted items, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges after the 24-hour window has passed. This applies to:
Spiritual oils
Herbal teas & blends
Candles
Natural bath or body remedies
Spirit-infused tools
Please order with intention and care.
🔮 Oracle Cards & Reflection Tools
Physical items such as handmade oracle cards or daily card decks may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
After 14 days, returns and exchanges cannot be processed.

All products are made using natural, plant-based ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers.
Ingredients are listed clearly on each product page and on our Spirit-Led Herbalism section.
Each product is thoroughly tried and tested for both its physical and energetic benefits before being listed in our store.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review ingredients carefully before purchase.
If unsure about a herb or oil, please consult a medical professional before use. Use is at your own discretion and risk.
📦 Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or tampering that may occur during transit. While we always package your items with great care and intention, the journey from our hands to yours is managed by a third-party shipping provider.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged due to transit issues, we kindly ask that you contact your local postal service or shipping provider directly using the tracking information provided at dispatch.
We are unable to file claims or guarantee resolutions on behalf of the courier once the package has left our facility.
