How long does it take to receive my garment?

Made-to-order pieces typically take 1–6 weeks depending on customization. All garment pieces will have an average production time, please see their info individually in the shop, for clarirty. Premade items ship within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is the Take Back Initiative?

Our sustainability program lets you return Jade Chrysanthe Atelier garments you no longer want. Items are upcycled or repurposed, and you’ll receive store credit. We cover return shipping costs. Refunds are not offered through this initiative.
